Confidentiality

At Sensen Travel, our clients always have the highest priority — including when it comes to the handling of personal data. All information related to our clients and their business with Sensen Travel is treated with strict confidentiality.

This means that we do not disclose any information or documents — such as dates of birth, travel itineraries, invoices, or similar — to third parties. The only exception is when the request comes from a person within the same company or organization as the traveler.

If a third party outside the organization requires access to information regarding a trip, written authorization from the traveler or from the traveler’s employer is required.

All Sensen employees are bound by a written confidentiality agreement, which remains in effect even after the employee has left the company.
